John Elliott | Senior Tutor
I graduated from the London School of Sports Massage in 2011 at the age of 43. Up until then I had worked mainly at the post office with no experience of anything like this.
Since then I have built up a very successful, full time client base and have been helping clients for 10 years. My experience in clinic has given me such valuable knowledge that I want to share with you and allow you to become the best level 3 sports massage therapists out there.
Tanya Reid-Moore | Tutor & Assessor
Well over 13 years ago I started my journey in the sports massage industry. I came to it quite by accident, doing a part-time course like this one just out of curiosity. Thats was it. I was hooked! Helping people, always learning new anatomy and techniques gave me variety and interest and I knew I’d never get bored.
Since then I have successfully opened up multiple clinics in the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Leicestershire. As well as being passionate about therapy, I am passionate about giving people the right start they need to make their lifestlye business a reality.
Starting this academy was a real dream for me and we are so proud to serve you all.
Amy Sharp | Tutor & Assessor
I am a qualified sports therapist graduating from Northampton University in 2014. I have worked with cricket teams, swimmers and have helped hundreds of clients in my busy clinic over the last 4 years. Combining my knowledge of sports therapy with sports massage has allowed me to create treatments that my clients love and get them results quickly.
Sarah Hamilton | Tutor
After working closely with a variety of sporting injuries and orthopaedic conditions within the equine and canine industry I felt it important to extend my knowledge into human practice.
Qualifying as a sports massage therapist after studying with the Sports Massage Academy I carried on my interest in sports related injuries and rehabilitation, focusing on offering an individual long term treatment plan to help prevent and assist in the the recovery of injuries and to help maintain peak performance.
"I would definitely recommend this course with Fire & Earth. I am a really shy person with not a lot of confidence, but the way they were so professional and supportive throughout the course was extremely helpful. Any issue I did not understand John was great at explaining it. They were there to help you all the time and it was great to do so much of the hands on practical stuff as well."
